Diligent Fingers and his Spynal Records imprint continue its run of form in 2024. Coming off his mighty War Sampler drop at Christmas time, Dili steps back into the dance with an absolute monster, "Plastic Smile", which features the lover's rock goddess herself, Sylvia Tella.
Opening in the middle of a pure reggae maelstrom, her unmistakable voice sets the tone for some pure jungle business before it descends into a jump up dance floor stormer and back again. Throughout, laser stabs, ragga samples, and amen choppage keep the affair fully dutty.
